Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges: We allow size or style exchanges, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Eligible Products: Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Items marked as Final Sale or Exclusive Access are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We allow size or style exchanges, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or bespoke designs
- Beaded shoes and accessories
- Discounted or promotional items
- Items purchased under our Exclusive Access sections.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
A refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
